Shipping and Refund Policy
At Pretty Skin Cosmetics, every order is handled with care and attention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and refund policy.
All parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If we ever experience a delay, our team will contact you directly.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to appear, as there may be a short delay between dispatch and the first postal scan.
Please double-check your shipping and contact details before confirming your order — we’re unable to make changes once an order has been confirmed.
For orders placed using Afterpay, please note a 6% processing fee will be deducted from any pre-dispatch refund requests to cover merchant fees that are non-refundable to us.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time during peak periods, promotional events, or severe weather conditions.

Please note:
Delivery timeframes exclude order processing time.
eGift cards do not contribute toward the free shipping minimum.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
“Final order value” is calculated after discounts or promotional codes are applied.
Delivery Options
All orders are sent with Signature on Delivery, unless “Authority to Leave” is selected at checkout.
Signature on Delivery:
If no one is available to sign for your parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.
Authority to Leave:
Selecting this option gives the courier permission to leave your parcel in a safe location if you’re not home. Once delivered, Pretty Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available to receive your order during business hours.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a $20 re-delivery fee will apply.
Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a $20 handling and postage fee will be deducted from the total refund amount (excluding express shipping charges).
Pretty Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel’s tracking status is marked as “Delivered” or “Completed,” it is considered successfully delivered.
Pretty Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for any loss or theft occurring after delivery.
We encourage customers to use the Australia Post mobile app for real-time tracking updates, redelivery requests, or to arrange collection at a preferred location.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products once they’ve been shipped — unless the items arrive damaged.
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch, but if your order arrives with damaged goods (not including external packaging), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at hello@prettyskincosmetics.com.au
, including clear photos of the damaged item(s).
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days after inspection.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only available for damaged products on arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

International Shipping
We’re currently limiting international orders due to high freight costs and delivery delays. We hope to resume international shipping soon — stay tuned via our newsletter for updates.
