We ship Australia-wide and internationally (where stated). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or unexpected events. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

Due to hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hello@prettyskincosmetics.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
